Airlines moving towards a pre-ordered premium meals model for first and business class fliers

Malaysia Airlines is the latest carrier to offer a premium pre-paid on-board meal service. Originally only for Platinum level frequent-flyers, now those in the business class are invited to choose their menu before flying.
